Bill Belichick’s much younger girlfriend caused a dramatic scene by storming out and delaying a CBS interview that aired Sunday, according to TMZ.
TMZ previously reported that Jordon Hudson became visibly upset when “CBS Sunday Mornings” correspondent Tony Dokoupil asked Belichick how the couple met. She reportedly shut down the question in an awkward moment that quickly went viral.
Sources claimed that at one point during the question-and-answer period the situation became heated and Hudson stood up, walked out and wanted Belichick to follow, according to a TMZ report published Monday. It wasn’t clear if he complied with her request, but TMZ reported that the tense moment delayed the interview for 30 minutes.
TMZ reported Monday that Hudson butted in a number of times, trying to intercept Belichick’s responses, including when the conversation centered around football. Sources told the outlet that she was the only person that accompanied Belichick to the interview, noting that none of his other representatives were present. TMZ reported that Dokoupil was “spooked” by the encounter and chose to wrap up the awkward interview as quickly as he could.
TMZ’s sources reported that the higher-ups at CBS News and CBS Sports attempted to salvage what they could of the interview. They also reportedly claimed a second interview was scheduled for a future date, but was ultimately scrapped.

Hudson is being widely criticized for flexing her power over Belichick and throwing a tantrum.
A person close to the situation told The New York Post that Belichick’s friends were left “shaking their heads” after her sudden outburst.
“They are talking to him about her, but very gently because they know how deep in he is,” the insider told The New York Post. “She saw an opening and she took it.”
Another source for the Post described Belichick’s relationship as “alarming” and said Hudson “is a runaway train.”
