Ex-Minnesota Vikings Star Blames Walz For Shootings, Murder Of Dem Lawmakers

Former NFL and University of Minnesota football player Jack Brewer has expressed strong disapproval of Governor Tim Walz in the wake of the tragic shootings that resulted in the deaths of former House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, as well as injuries to State Senator John Hoffman and his wife. Brewer, who has played for both the Vikings and the Golden Gophers, lamented the deterioration of civility and safety in Minnesota under Walz’s administration, labeling the state as ‘the capital of chaos.’ He attributed the liberal political atmosphere in Minneapolis and St. Paul to the promotion of division and violence, accusing both Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison of contributing to a perilous environment. Brewer called for a revival of traditional values, emphasizing the need for strong leadership and family-oriented principles, especially in the context of the tragedy occurring close to Father’s Day.
