Tom Brady has long been known for his championship mentality, relentless work ethic, and ability to inspire greatness. Now, the seven-time Super Bowl champion is taking those qualities beyond the football field—partnering with Michael Strahan in a high-profile $50 million business venture. The latest addition to this elite group? None other than gymnastics icon Simone Biles.

On top of that, the future Hall of Famer quarterback is also the co-founder of Religion of Sports—the company that produces documentaries, podcasts, and other media about sports. Speaking of which, the Religion of Sports has recently added another member as a creative partner and board member. Any guesses? Well, it’s none other than the most decorated gymnast in history—Simone Biles.

On Wednesday, Tom Brady hit up his official Instagram handle and shared a story with a message to Biles in his own way. He shared an IG post of Religion of Sports that says, “Simone Biles partners with Religion of Sports; joins Board of Directors.” Brady’s message? “#LFG!!!” That’s it. Simple, short, loud, and classic.

As for Biles, well, she has achieved everything in her career that any athlete can achieve. She holds 11 Olympic and 30 World Championship medals, more than any other gymnast in history. One of the reasons why she’s at the top of the sport. And now, she’s entering a whole different role with ROS that will allow her to help produce and direct projects for other athletes.

“If you asked me what I wanted to do when I was younger, I always wanted to be a nurse to help people,” Biles said. “And obviously, that’s off of the table now, but I still feel like we can help people in our communities through storytelling.” Before partnering with ROS, Biles made her name with other media projects.

Whether with her Netflix series “Simone Biles Rising” and her best-selling autobiography and its TV adaptation “Courage to Soar,” she told her story to the world. And now? She’s looking to give a platform to other athletes for the same. And that’s exactly what Religion of Sports is gonna let her do.

Tom Brady’s ‘ROS’ with Michael Strahan

The Religion of Sports was founded by Tom Brady along with the former Giants‘ defensive end, Michael Strahan, and filmmaker Gotham Chopra, back in 2016. The idea behind ROS? It’s believing in the power of sports is like experiencing religion. The idea of creating ROS originated back in 2015 when Gotham Chopra served as the director for Kobe Bryant’s Muse documentary.

Chopra didn’t just create the six-episode ROS docuseries—he directed, produced, and even narrated it, with Brady and Strahan serving as executive producers. After the instant success of ROS, the three of them expanded the company and included Sankaran, an experienced management consultant, in their team.

Later on, the ROS produced shows for Apple TV+, ESPN, Showtime, Fox Sports, NBC Sports, and Facebook Watch. Their notable work includes Simone vs. Herself, Passion Play, and Man In the Arena: Tom Brady (a 10-episode series). On top of that, the ROS has raised $50 million in a Series B funding round back in June 2006 when Brady was still playing for the Bucs.

Now, it’s been nearly a decade since the inception of ROS, and it has gone all in on proving that sports are more than just games—they’re a way of life. With Tom Brady, Michael Strahan, and Gotham Chopra at the helm, the company has now turned into a media giant, working with some of the biggest media houses out there.
